A standing pilot system for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases provide dependable and quick startups.
This configuration includes (8) 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1), each constructed from patented, one-piece, clog-free cast iron for long-lasting performance. The rear burners are designed to accommodate stock pots up to 14”, making it easy to handle high-volume cooking tasks with ease.
The Standard Oven Model (D) delivers 45,000 BTU NAT of baking power and features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), giving chefs the flexibility to prepare a wide variety of dishes. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to fit full-sized pans in either direction. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for adjustable baking options.
For added functionality, this range includes an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (C), perfect for storing pans, tools, or supplies. An optional no-charge door can be added to the cabinet to keep contents hidden and the workspace clean.
