The Cast Iron star/sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) are designed for superior heat distribution. The range includes (8) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners, each featuring a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution across the cooking surface, allowing for precise and efficient cooking.
The Standard Oven Models (Model D) offer a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT output with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep and accommodates full-sized pans in both directions. It includes one rack with two position side rails for added flexibility in cooking.
