Measuring 48-5/8" wide with a 37" high cooking surface, the range features a 4" stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, combining durability with a polished, professional look. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire unit, a factory-installed gas regulator, standing pilots for open-top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases—ensuring both safety and convenience.
This model is equipped with eight 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron star/sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), known for their star-shaped port arrangement that promotes even flame distribution, making them ideal for consistent, high-output cooking tasks.
Beneath the cooktop, the range houses a powerful 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven (Model A), with a thermostat-controlled range of 175F to 550F (79C to 288C). The porcelain enamel oven interior measures 14" high by 26" wide by 24" deep, and comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. A 1/2 HP motor powers the convection fan at 1710 RPM, and features permanent split phase design with lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class "B" insulation.
