The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48" Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built for professional kitchens. It measures 48-5/8" wide with a 37" high cooking surface and features a 4" stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and side panels for durability and ease of cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve allows control over the entire range, and a factory-installed gas regulator ensures safe and consistent pressure regulation. Open-top burners are powered by a standing pilot, while the oven bases utilize battery spark ignition for dependable startup.
This model is equipped with Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), designed with a cast bowl shape that enhances heat efficiency and allows for full use of the cooktop surface. It includes eight 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, delivering steady, powerful heat and excellent cooking performance.
The range also includes a powerful Convection Oven (Model A), rated at 32,000 BTU NAT, with a temperature range of 175F to 550F (79C to 288C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14" high by 26" wide and 24" deep, and it comes with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor (60 cycle, 115V AC), with permanent split phase technology, permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class "B" insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection feature to be disabled, enabling standard oven operation when needed.
The unit also features an 18" stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), offering additional storage space, with an optional no-charge door available.
